Q: I work for a school district, I run a kitchen, My VP has yelled at me, kept me from doing my job he has talked about me

I work for a school district, I  run a kitchen, My VP has yelled at me, kept me from doing my job he has talked about me , lied about me  I reported it to my manager and they did nothing even though they seen it..I found out he told my custodian that he can keep me in line because he is close personal friends with my director, my Dr has taken me out of work 3 xs because of stress and anxiety, im currently on a LOA since may, im on 3 new pills currently seeing a phycologist and therapist...in the last 2 years I have developed a heart condition...that ur born with if you get it as an adult it's from stress..I asked to be moved and they won't I have received 2 bad evolutions...I've been working here almost 20 years and no issues until the VP..I have witnesses to all this
