I suppose your parents have already given you reasons why this is unacceptable to them. You must obey your parents until you are 18. Negotiate a resolution with them.

What would the law recommend? What happens? The law would not recommend anything. The law might get both children prosecuted. They would both need to get counselling and both might face serious criminal charges.

Wanting something is not illegal. The 14 year old does not have the capacity to consent to sex, and the 17 year old could be prosecuted for a very serious crime if there is sex between them. Generally, it is not illegal to date.

How can I do this? By filing the appropriate documents in the Circuit Court. Have you done a simple internet search on emancipation in Florida? The Volusia County Law Library has a pdf document that you can find which tells you about this.

It is allowed, not aloud. Aloud would be out loud. Have you asked your mother this questsion? You might start with that. Otherwise, your personal belongings belong to you, right?

If what? Dating is not illegal. But other things might be. Neither is capable of consenting to sex.

Wait until you are 18, then you are legally emancipated.
