Q: I am 27 and have a 1 year old daughter with an 18 yr old, can i apply for a name change on my daughters last name?

since we're no longer together but i am the biological father. If so would i get charged with sexual battery or anything of that sort? she is 18 now however was 16 when it began and was 17 when she gave birth.

Yes apply for the name change, you will not get arrested. Use of a lawyer is recommended.

Q: Can a minor enter into an agreement to become an online independent sales representative?

I own and operate an online affiliate pet product and supply store. I am interested in allowing minors 16+yrs in age to join with parent consent. Are there any laws preventing me from doing so?

There are laws related to employment of minors. There are also issues with the enforcement of contracts and minors. You'll have to speak to an attorney in more depth than this forum provides.

Without parental consent you'll have to wait until you're 18.

Juvenile records like this are not public records, so basically it should not affect you at all.

Q: If a 17 has a high school diploma can she leave home with her 18 year old boyfriend if he is 6 months older than her?

My parents say if i leave before i turn 18 they will call the police.. can they do that even if i have my high school diploma? What will happen if they do? What if i go to a different state for college with my boyfriend without there concent?

Yes, they can do that. You will be taken home once you are found. If you go to a different state, the boyfriend might get charged with a crime.

If the CS order is from a North Carolina court, you will have to apply to that court to have it modified.

You need to hire a criminal defense attorney in GA, most likely. You have not given enough facts here and the question is confusing. Who told you what? The best thing to do is have a full discussion with a private criminal defense attorney in that small county.

You will become just one of the 40,000 children that go missing every year in Florida. Yes the cops will hunt you down and bring you back until you are 18. Just stay at home until then.

No, not really. Just wait until you are 18. Convince your parents that you need to get a job so that you can to save money to have a place to live and pay your own bills by the time you are 18.

Q: How can a 16 year old, who ran away from a very abusive, single parent home, get an attorneys help? His grandmother is

trying to get custody in court, (thats what he wants) but now he ran away. Father is dead. Mother came and took him after being out of his life for 7 years so she can get the Social Security death benefits.

I believe hes hiding because hes terrified of being returned to her if he gets found.

I was arrested in 2010 and I was 11 years of age, in Spring hill. I have had my Mimi(Grandma) daughter be able to find me on Google of my age then and my current age and my image then.

Q: What happens when a 12 year old girl assaults her grandparents

She was arrested and went to jail only to sit in a room and watched movies. She has to do anger management classes and community service. Ee need something more. She is stealing and still assaulting grandparents

She is on probation and can violate it by being arrested again. Report the crime.

Q: Can my husband go an get custody of his 10 year old daughter if DHR removed the child from her mother?

This happened on a Friday. My husband was told by his daughters older half brother that he had temp custody of my stepdaughter for now. The child is currently a resident of Alabama.

He should try to find out if DHR will give the child to him, first. And if not, he should get to an attorney immediately.
