Q: i was rear ended and have full coverage insurance ,insurance co doesnt want to pay cost of fixing auto.

my deductible is 1000.00 i reported the accident and another dent on the same day to my ins carrier,they wrote it up as 2 claims. i didnt know it would be 2 claims,now they wont pay because each claims are under my deductible of 1000.00. they did not explain that to me,that it would be 2 different... Sounds like the occurrences were difference. Check your policy.
