Q: Is it illegal to send small amounts of cash through the mail internationally?

I want to send like $5 to a friend in the UK who's doing me a favor. Would I have to do it through paypal or something, or can I just include a $5 bill in the package I'm sending him?

Q: If I’m the secondary account holder/shared account holder for a bank account do I have equal rights to the funds?

Q: What standing does the 14th amendment have over any type of bank debt ? My understanding is debt occured that is funded

By the European Cental Banks (Fed is funded by those banks) are unconstitutional under the 14th amendment ?

Q: I made a deposit to my business account from a brokerage account that I had and the checks bounced.

Do not get greedy. You are very lucky the bank is tolerating this situation for two full weeks. Stop asking questions here on Justia and start collecting the CASH you will need to prevent a knock on your door in the middle of the night.
