Generally the fines is between $50 to $75 plus costs, but check with the court where you got the ticket

Yes. NJ law is that pedestrians must cross in crosswalks (if present) and if not present at nearest corner, otherwise it is jaywalking. Traffic present is not an issue

I hired a car on holiday in NJ and my hire company has charged me $100 for a parking ticket they received (39:4-138(i) Improper parking within 10 feet of a fire hydrant $54). There was no ticket attached to the car. Is the ticket lawful?

The ticket would generally be lawful, but of course that is up to the judge if you had taken the case to court since the standard is so low most tickets end in a conviction.
I entered the NJ garden state parkway and immediately there was traffic in all the other lanes, the lane I entered eventually starts to become an exit lane but there's no room for me to swap lanes. However the fact that it is no longer expired or suspended can help your attorney get you a better results. I would suggest hiring a good attorney as the penalties even... View More

More information is needed to properly answer your question however it definitely sounds like eluding a police officer.

We would need to know the offense you were charged with to properly answer your question.
I asked for the video and it only show me the police stopping me and does not show me and the stop sign.
answered on Jan 13, 2020
Unfortunately that's the way most videos work they don't start until the officer turns on his lights which is generally after the violation has occurred. If they video to everything it would be almost impossible to store all the data at a reasonable cost

First it is a public record when you get a ticket. Second you don't need to be pulled over to get a ticket they can be mailed to you. Thus I suggest you call the court in the morning and see if they mailed you a ticket and if so hire one if us lawyer's.

Maybe it depends on the ticket and the facts of the case. Set up a consultation with a lawyer but expect to pay him a fee for the advise.

It sounds about right except for the "judge revoke your license part" unfortunately parking is a way towns make a fortune and so do their friends who own the impound lot.
answered on Dec 4, 2019
Most towns have a limit on how long you're allowed to keep a vehicle on the street without moving it some as little as a day others can be days or weeks you need to check your town.

It depends could be a disorderly persons offense or fourth degree crime or something else depending on the facts. We would need to see the Chargers to really give you a certain answer.
