Q: Pawn shop lied about something they sold me. False advertising?

Bought computer from pawn shop due to 16GB RAM. After taking home and going through laptop, RAM is only 8GB. Is this false advertisement?

An Oklahoma attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for over a week. It could be, if it was advertised as such. But it could also be an innocent error (negligent misrepresentation) if the shop believed it to be such from what the original owner told them. Good luck

The Lemon Law only applies to new motor vehicles during the warranty period or for one year from the date of the sale of the vehicle to its first end user.

Used cars with 116,051 are commonly sold as-is, although some dealers may offer after-market extended warranties to used car buyers.

Q: I bought a used vehicle with 68,000 miles on it & it started leaking oil 2 wks after & it has a warranty but not factory

Its a 2015 dodge durango, it has an extended warranty of 2yrs unlimited miles and a warranty the the dealership put on the vehicle!! Q: Why does my carfax show a date 1-17-2019 and mileage at 101802 when I have a service report that's dated 1-7-2019 with

The mileage reported at 101989. How is it 11 days later the miles are reported to dmv at 101802? Seems fishy to me.

Please help seems like possible rolled back mileage.

Q: Car dealer wont let me return after 2 weeks of issues, says will look like repo and hurt my credit.
