One thing your friend needs to do is file a grievance and appeal it with the jail staff until he’s exhausted all remedies.

Can you be more specific about how is rights are being violated. If you’re not comfortable sharing that information publicly call my office and schedule an appointment.

File a notice of appeal, designate a record for the appeal, prepare an initial brief, most likely.
