Q: Am i automatically at fault for an aoto accident if I did not have insurance

No, they should still have to prove fault if you injured someone or their car was damaged. However, most states require auto liability insurance and you may be charged for a case in court on that basis. Consult an attorney where the accident happened ASAP.
