In Hawaii, as in many states, the use of video recordings without consent can be a complex legal issue. While laws can vary, generally speaking, recording someone without their consent in situations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy may raise legal concerns.
I have 3 children’s. My oldest child is in college and the other two are still in high school. My ex husband is 13,000 back pay child support. He resides in another state. How can I get information how when am I going to get the back child support payments?

Contact the Hawaii child support services agency. Once you make application they will do the legal work to collect child support owed. It is not a quick process, but it is essentially free and they catch up to non-payers who have arrears.
The custodial parent received a letter that it was mandatory to go in the Child Support office by 4/1 to be served, or else state assistance would be stopped. What happens to case then, if she no longer is cooperating? Is case closed & paternity no longer established?

I need more information to answer your question. I can only assume you are the father and you filed a case with CSEA? Has paternity already been established? Are you on the birth certificate? Was there a prior order for child support?

The brief answer is that a non-custodial parent cannot relinquish/terminate their rights to their child, nor their child support obligation.
