Q: Can my child’s father get joint custody of her if he doesn’t have a room of her own with him

I’m worried my child’s father is gonna try everything possible to get joint custody now that DNA has come back can he do that if she doesn’t have her own room at his house? He has one older daughter, and two younger boys, and only has a 2 Bedroom place
