Q: If I’m 17 and want to live with one parent, without the others consent, would I be able to do so by running away.

My mom and dad has joint equal custody and my mom says I can’t leave till I’m 18, but I fear if I wait that long I’ll lose my chance at having a moment or normalcy. I read somewhere that I can’t be tried in juvenile court for running away when I turn 17, would this work
