Q: How do they think your supposed to get to work if they take your license I owe back child support

I have been wondering why they do that it just makes it hard to get to work to actually pay your support and can't get hardship license for child support but can for driving drunk makes no sense

You need to file a petition for dissolution of marriage in the circuit court for the county in which you reside. Support and custody will be dealt with after you file your petition.

The guidelines go quite high in calculating income but if the earnings exceed the top of the chart, the court can make the necessary computations and adjustments to properly calculate the appropriate amount.

If paternity has not yet been established and you have not been adjudicated the father, she can come and go with him as she pleases because your rights have not yet been legally established.

You likely cannot have it moved unless it is in a county in which none of the parties and child currently reside.

Yes, as kind as you file for it before your daughter turns four. After age four, you will only be able to receive support from when you actually file with no retroactivity.

Go to the county attorney for your county and ask them to enforce the child support order against him, although it may be difficult with him in Puerto Rico.
