I was told he would have given me a ticket but he had to be at court. Also, can I check for tickets online since my license does not have my updated address on it.

No. If he didn’t give you a ticket at the scene, you will not be getting a ticket.
i was 17, but turned 18 before my court date.
I live and work in KY but never got a new ID after I moved back here from Texas. I got pulled over for running a red light, I didn’t have time to stop, and I’ve never had a drivers license. My wife had a serious migraine at work and I ran home for her medication. Told the officers I didn’t... View More

Get your permit, registration and six months insurance. Hire a lawyer if you can. It is highly unlikely that you will receive anything other that fines and court costs.

Depends what county you’re in but probably. Check with the clerks office and they’ll tell you for sure.

It all depends on WHY your license was suspended, but there are likely ways for you to have it reinstated.
I live in Louisville Ky. . got my dates mixed and rescheduled. I missed my 2nd court date because i did a school bus run and didn't get done until 1pm. What do i need to do cause i do not want jail time over expired tags.

Get your tags corrected and take them to the district clerks office and they should be able to resolve it for you.

Very likely since you corrected it all that you will just pay a fine.
I did not have an updated insurance card at the time of the citation, but I have a letter from my insurance company stating I was covered at the time. Do I plead guilty with explanation and provide the letter at the arraignment, or can I ask the judge for dismissal of that charge?
answered on Aug 20, 2018
If you had insurance st the time, ask for dismissal. Most courts will.

No. Both states are on the National Register, meaning Georgia will see your Kentucky license suspension and refuse to issue you a license until the suspension in Kentucky is resolved.
I got pulled over for going 98 in a 55 in Kentucky. I am 18, Im 2 days away from starting college, and I have only had 1 previous ticket that was cleared (expired tags but I showed I updated them). No. You cannot pay the ticket and not appear in court. You can, however, hire an attorney to appear for you in that court and possibly resolve it without you coming to court.
I was pulled over and ticketed for doing 82 in a 55. I am not familiar with the area. I have just relocated for work and my address is still in my previous state. Can I get out of this ticket with no points? I currently have 0 points on my driving record.

27 over is a suspension level ticket. It depends on where you got the ticket as to what the resolution may be. In any event, you need a lawyer rather than handling it yourself.

Are the same date. To compound that his blood pressure is up, and he needs 2 reschedule both of them? Can he call both jurisdictions EARLY in the morning and reschedule? Just based off the fact he can't be in 2 places at the same time, he's ill and can't drive.

Husband should hire a lawyer in both jurisdictions to appear for him.
Was told come ba k in november to have time to get license back.

He can make a ruling but he hasn’t yet. Get your license reinstated, go back in November and show the court it has been reinstated, and they will likely either dismiss it as corrected or amend it t a lesser, non suspendable offense.
