Your attorney or mediator, if you agree on everything, needs to draft a Consent Judgment regarding custody and child support. However, child support can always change under one of the following circumstances:
1) one parent accepts state or federal aid, like medicaid,
2) the child... View More

Go to a family law mediator, who can calculate the child support using the numbers you both supply, and help you resolve other issues of custody, divorce and community property at 1/3 of what an attorney would cost either of you. Then both of you can take the mediated agreement to independent... View More

You don't give enough details to tell if this is a custody or child support question or whether you have a court date. Call a family law attorney.

You are the legal father and he is the biological father and you both have rights and the obligation to pay child support.

If the children that you and fiance have were born after his other children, then no, your children do not come into calculation.

You can terminate services ONLY if you are not receiving any state or federal aid, like medicaid or food stamps.

I believe the answer will be in your child support order. In Texas the language usually states until child turns 18 or graduates from highschool whichever comes "last". So if they turn 18 while a senior in highschool you would still pay the support until after they graduate.

Ends at 19th birthday or graduation whichever comes first.
There is evidence of adultery. Can an immediate divorce be granted being we have a covenant marriage? What steps can I take right now to ensure my kids and I are ok? He left me with a ton of financial debt and refused often to pay the arrangements we set.
Husband wants to file uncontested divorce and we have agreed to a child support figure and added it to the paperwork, will he be able to just stop the payments on his own for any reason after everything has been signed and filed by judge?
answered on Dec 1, 2019
No. Once it is signed by a judge, it is a court order and enforceable by contempt.
The Children moved to Alabama with their mother at the end of August. Both parents involved in the agreement no longer live in Louisiana either. The children's mother just requested an increase in payments. If no one is still living in the state, would this agreement still be valid?

Agreement still valid. But if he doesn't consent to her move, a lawyer can dispute that as well.

You already asked this question. Get a consultation appointment with a child support lawyer.
