Child support is based on both your gross incomes. His is calculated AFTER his child support obligation for other 3 kids.

Court ordered to file child on taxes every other year. Mom says that father can no longer carry child every other year because she has moved. Is this true? We have a judgement for Louisiana.

1) Whether she has moved or not, you still can use the tax dependency exemption for the child, if it was granted to you in a judgment.
2) You can force her to move your child back to Louisiana if it occurred within the last 24 months.
Daughter's mom went to jail. I drove from FL to pick up my daughter. No formal agreement is in place for custody but I do pay child support.
