I am licensed only in Louisiana, but under Louisiana law, this would fall within the realm of malpractice. I would suggest you start by contacting an attorney that handles medical malpractice matters. Good luck.

Q: Can an employer suddenly require a background check just because my urine was too warm for drug screen.

I rode with the company man to go do the drug screen and when I took the test, the lady said my urine was too warm so she poured it out. Q: The court is making me pay my arrears and support on my daughter that made 19 and graduated in 2015. Is the normal?

Yes you still have to pay the child support you did not pay before your daughter became an adult. It is owed for the time your ex-wife was taking care of her and not receiving support.

Employment is at will meaning your employer can fire you for most any reason, or no reason at all. If your company had a progressive discipline policy, you may have some contractual rights there, but most of those policies still say that you can just be fired.
