Pay it by check in full. Note on the check that it is payment in full and send it with a cover letter that you need a Release. Then get insurance.

That would probably depend on whether Support Enforcement submitted your name for suspension of licenses as a result of the arrearage. If so, you would probably speak with to your caseworker to try and make satisfactory payment arrangements to lift the suspension.
I received a traffic ticket from Louisiana before moving out of state (planned before receiving ticket) I have no way of getting to Louisiana from my current state. Is there a way to trend to the court date without having to be in Louisiana?

I called to ask about more time to pay a speeding ticket. They told me show up to court and they will give me more time. But they changed the court dat from tomorrow to a day next week. I can't go next week I will be out of town for work. What can I do?

I was followed through the pass by an officer who happened to be travelling behind me. He passed the same vehicle that I did at the same time that I did and proceeded to write me a speeding ticket.
I received a traffic ticket. I called to get the cost of the ticket and was told that I would have to pay court cost. I asked why I had to pay court cost if I was planning on paying the ticket before my court date. I have not received an answer as of yet. Would like to know the law?
