He cannot challenge Paternity but he can seek visitation , however. The waffling about his level of interest in the child is a concern which you should bring up to the Court in establishing visitation if he indeed seeks it.
A date has not been set for me to establish paternity yet and my daughter's brother's mother would like for me to be a witness in her child support case (which is coming up some time soon). But there needs to be proof that they are siblings.
