Q: pulled over for taillight not working. DL was sus. Asked to search vehicle said no. Did anyway. Wrote wrong vehicle inf

They wrote wrong vehicle info in the ticket and report. Completely wrong year model and vin. Only thing correct was the color. They "allegedly" found drugs in the vehicle. Can the whole case be thrown out because of the amount of wrong information on the ticket.

Your problem is going to be that once it became known your driver license is suspended, you were subject to arrest, and the search of the car became a search incident to arrest; they didn't need your consent. The wrong info on the ticket is immaterial.

I intend to marry my cousin but the state does not allow it. My question is whether we can marry in another state and come back living happily ever after or will Michigan void the marriage and we are better off moving to a state that allows first cousin marriage?

Q: I am the co-executor of my father‘s trust. personal property was removed prior to trust being settled. What can I do?

The trust states that personal property is to be divided evenly between code executors. My brother is the other co-executor and he removed the property, and changed the locks on house and garage barring me access.

Probate court would be the forum to raise this issue. Unfortunately, even with a trust, your brother's actions may necessitate court involvement to resolve.
