You are not given an opportunity to sign a citation. That is not something that happens in Minnesota. The citation is simply issued to the offender. The citation will be mailed to you if it was not issued to you at the time of the traffic stop.
Court when I was 17. I don't know what happend to the charge, would it get dropped or would I have a warrant for my arrest out there?
