Yes. NJ law is that pedestrians must cross in crosswalks (if present) and if not present at nearest corner, otherwise it is jaywalking. Traffic present is not an issue

The license plate number of the car you drove should be on the ticket. If not, you can always click under the search by name.

The ticket would generally be lawful, but of course that is up to the judge if you had taken the case to court since the standard is so low most tickets end in a conviction.

They probably did not have the paperwork from MVC showing that your registration had been suspended and they rescheduled so as to allow same to be forwarded properly

Unfortunately that's the way most videos work they don't start until the officer turns on his lights which is generally after the violation has occurred. If they video to everything it would be almost impossible to store all the data at a reasonable cost

First it is a public record when you get a ticket. Second you don't need to be pulled over to get a ticket they can be mailed to you. Thus I suggest you call the court in the morning and see if they mailed you a ticket and if so hire one if us lawyer's.
