I was leaving her house and closed the door behind myself and her finger got smashed and broken in the door. I didn't know that she had her hand there. It was not intentional on my part. The EMS lady called a detective and a F2 warrant was placed for my arrest on me. I have no prior convictions.

Don't expect the prosecutor to just dismiss the case because you say it was an accident. You need to get a lawyer. This is a very serious charge.
Said I had 2 weeks to pay the ticket which is due 200& something and it's due I forgot all about it what will happen because I didn't pay it? Oh & Its my first offense in ohio

If you go in and pay it immediately, probably nothing. Call the clerk of courts to be sure they haven't issued a warrant. If they have, call an attorney.

You can certainly fight it. How successful you may be depends upon the reasons the dog is being required to leave...
persons still city employee's, so statue of limitations not applicable city employes aware of violation can't find attorney to take case.

If you cannot find a lawyer to take the case, then I suspect the city has immunity from suit for whatever happened. City employees enjoy immunity from being sued for various things arising out of their work.
