Q: How can I get help with child support if in another state

My sons father is in arrears Over 9 thousand dollars and hasn’t paid anything since august 2019 I currently live in Fl the child support order is in ny he hasn’t done his taxes and works under the table to avoid payments i don’t know what I should do please help me

Q: Do I have any responsibility to make payments on a credit card if I am or am not an authorized user?

I shared a credit card with a boyfriend and now we are broken up and he wants me to make payments on it since we both used the card. I am not an authorized user.

It depends. You may not have a legal obligation to make payments if there was no prior agreement to such.

Q: My wifes ex is trying to get 50/50 custody of my stepdaughter how do i stop this?

He smokes marijuana. He is always late or finding reasons to not pick her up. He was absent for her first year of life. His brother is a child molestor and an active part of his life. He is always late on child support. And he does not live in my step childs school district.

Q: What does MOTION TO IMPOSE SUSPENDED SENTENCE

6 months ago, court date for non payment child support. Instead of jail time, allowed time to pay. Wages garnished and continue on like that. What does this motion mean? Going to jail?

Q: My husband and I are Florida residents. We owned a house in both of our names.

Q: While on vacation in FL my husband and I were arguing. I was intoxicated and we were outside a popular casino.

The person sold me drugs before got arrested , will I be charged if police find out I have purchased drugs from him before?

Will I be charged if I intend to buy drugs from someone online or over the phone, But Did not buy , there is no money or drug presented ?
