The statute of limitations refers to the period of time between a criminal act and the filing of a charge.
If you are talking about enhanceability there is often a period of time after which a prior conviction can no longer be used.

Some of the hearings are being held remotely via zoom. Otherwise they are proceeding pretty normally in most counties. You should have an attorney assist you with this situation so you don't get revoked.

For enhancement purposes the state only needs to prove there was a conviction. For the new charge they have to prove the offense, but don't need pictures to do so. You could be convicted on testimony alone.
