If it is a forged deed you can be criminally charged. In general quit claims deeds are not used in Texas .

Do you have standard visitation or supervised. If supervised my answer is no. If you have standard visitation. You can have lunch if school allows it . I am assuming it is a small child. Do not over do it. Once a week is plenty.

Did the owner of the car he e insurance or do you have any insurance on a car you own. If they sue you and are successful you will lose your driver's license.
