Q: Does my divorce decree have to explicitly say I can or cannot visit my child for school lunch?

Do you have standard visitation or supervised. If supervised my answer is no. If you have standard visitation. You can have lunch if school allows it . I am assuming it is a small child. Do not over do it. Once a week is plenty.

It depends on why she has temporary custody . If cps is involved you need to do the plan. If you just left them there and no court or you can just take them

Q: I've been out on bond for over 2 years. Bondsman and courts failed to notify of court date. Warrant issued. Statute law?

I have been on bond for a misdemeanor dwi for over 2 years.check in weekly and No notice of court date from bondsman or district clerk . Warrant issued 3 days ago. Isn't there a statute of limitations on a case like this?

You have already been charged so there is not a statute of limitation problem . You need to retain a lawyer,

Did the owner of the car he e insurance or do you have any insurance on a car you own. If they sue you and are successful you will lose your driver's license.

Standard conditions of bond Collin County Texas: "The defendant shall not be alleged to have committed any new offense against this state or any other state or federal jurisdiction" or "A warrant may be issued for you".

This sounds crazy. I find it hard to believe. Retain a lawyer and make sure you don't have a warrant

Her Will prevails on who will get her estates. If her last wishes do not match the Will there is nothing you can do unless a person decides to honor her last wishes .

Your friend needs to retain a lawyer. Police usually follow the person until they commit a traffic violation. There has to be consent or PC to search vehicle

Unless you have a contract with her for repairs you cannot get your money back.
