Q: Will I be arrested if the district attorney files charges or will they serve me papers?

Criminal charges out of Castro county, Tx. Possible child endangerment and prostitution.

Police have admissions of guilt and hard evidence for the child endangerment.

Q: What is the legal responsibility of a biological parent (father) that did not know about the child until 40 years later?

The child found my sister through a 23 and me search and identified her as an Aunt. Apparently her mother chose to raise her without telling me. She says she is just looking for confirmation of who her biological dad is.

You do not have any responsibility at this point, You may want to do dna to confirm that you are the dad. You could give her your health history . You need a Will because she will inherit if you do not have a Will.

Q: I am divorced and my ex wife has primary custodianship. I moved out of state and she has the children living elsewhere.

My kids are living with her parents 4 hours away from her residence. She visits them on the weekends. I could not have custody for because she wanted it. Now I find out this. What can I do? She should be watching the kids if that’s what she wanted. Now I’m being punished. I wanted my kids.

If you are in Harris county you may be able to get PTI which is better than deferred, You can also get deferred on Bac depending Bac . Retain a lawyer.

Q: After a Temporary Orders hearing, how long does opposing councel have to file and serve it? Late filing consequences?

Opposing councel has efiled the written temporary orders a month before the final hearing and 4 months AFTER the TO hearing. How do I bring this up to the judge? The order is nearly over and I don't understand how a late service is acceptable.
