It may be right. There are some government retirement accounts that are not divisible. The spouse has to voluntarily pay upon retirement. This is something that should have been accounted for in your divorce order or agreement.

If you are dealing with child support, then you do need a child support addendum. However, if you get married, the marriage itself legitimate the child, so you don't need to legitimate IF you marry the mother of your child.

It's not kidnapping. You both have equal rights to the child. If this continues, it's probably a sign your marriage is not headed in the right direction and you can file for divorce or separation and get a custody order.
