Secretly recording someone is not a good idea...if you are in fear of your safety, you should move out and get an injunction...seek legal counsel before engaging in any behaviors that could expose you to legal jeapordy.

Q: Can they enhance a burglary charge to Armed burglary and give you a life sentence if you never possessed the weapon
Henry George Ferro
Henry George Ferro
answered on May 9, 2019

Burglary charge may be enhanced to an "armed" burglary; State has to prove that the Defendant(s) were armed...remember that, if any of the Defendants were armed, the co-defendants would all be equally culpable. There are defenses and a jury will ultimately determine those issues.
