Q: If I was arrested for possession of control substance..which was marijuana, was givin pre trial release.

And now in the process of getting medical marijuana card before court date. Would this help me in any way??

I don't believe that obtaining a medical marijuana card before the court date would be beneficial...you may try, but the issue is whether you were in the possession of a controlled substance at the time of your arrest...You should discuss this matter with your lawyer...and see if your circuit... There is no correlation between paying child support and having visitation with your child...you can file make up visitation...but I do not believe that the lawyer who told you about being paid back any child support advanced to your baby’s mother knows the law very well...it is an argument that... He can be compelled to do so by a judge...you need to file a motion asking the court to compel him to submit to a DNA Test...

Q: I got Charged with battery against my mother… I am 17 years old, should i take the plea deal given to me?

my mom is an alcoholic we got into it that night and i ended up punching her in the face, i don’t know anything about the law and this is my first offense, i don’t know what to do and i have no idea if the plea deal is the right way to go. i have a future and this will literally ruin my entire life.

Fees for probation need to be paid at the time they are incurred or you may face the possibility of a violation of your probation based on the failure to pay them...Fines are also due and need to be paid. Your daughter could be returned to prison to complete her sentence and would likely forfeit any and all gain time she earned while in prison...look at Florida Statute 947.141

The charges could be burglary, theft (grand or petit), dealing in stolen property...and they can be serious depending on amounts and numbers of charges...

That will depend on the state attorney and judge...this however can be a serious matter depending on a number of factors; this can be charged as a third degree felony...if any injuries resulted you could be in for a difficult time...

It can be done at a reasonable cost that is dependent upon the facts and circumstances involved...you should however be certain about one adage my mother once told me and that is “you get what you pay for.”

What was she charged with. How do you define a “legal” fun?
