Q: I recieved a check from the neca local union no 313 ibew. The bank is trying to tell me that I altered it. What do I do

If you did not alter the check, you should ask the bank why they think you altered it. You can also request the union to reissue a check if there is a discrepancy on it that is preventing the bank from honoring it.

Q: Is it legal for usps charge me for a po box because they will not deliver to my home

I live in small town and and they charge the town except for select few for po box when they could just deliver to our homes

The USPS charges for PO boxes maintained by private citizens. Have you asked your local post office why they won't deliver mail to your home?

You will have to contact the Louisiana State Police who are responsible for policing the interstates in Louisiana. You may also face a ticket if you fled the scene of an accident.
