California case- I was never told of any court dates but they all occurred. I’m a bit hesitant to just trust blindly here. The lawyer has been vague on things and I alone was the one who hired him, talked to him. My wife was incapable

Your father can file a claim against the owner of the house where the dog came out from as well as against any tenant who owns the dog. Your dad is entitled to recovery of his medical bills, loss of earnings, pain and suffering etc

Q: When do I let the landlord know that I broke my ankle on the rental property and that I am awaiting surgery?

Accident caused by a flight of stairs. The bottom step is substantially lower than the other 15 steps which caused me to trip and land on my ankle. Tripped a few times over the past 2 years but this time i broke my ankle.

Q: I'm going through Work Comp now to deal with my carpal tunnel. I have had visits w/ a Dr. prior trying to avoid WC.

WC now wants my med. records. How far back am I required to realease? Have I damaged my case w/ WC by trying to deal with it privately before? I had heard horror stories about WC and didn't want to have that experience. Thank you.

Your prior attorney has to prove what he has done on the case to be able to collect attorney’s fees. If another doctor places you on disability you can apply for State Disability EDD. You should not reply on company doctor’s opinion since he works for the insurance company. You should get a neutral doctor’s opinion. You should have a lawyer to help you select the neutral doctor.
