Try the 6th Amendment
Anything I can do to help him out of jail short of paying his support? He's done been in the system for 2 years. He's a good kid other than his support issues. Please advise? Thank you.

There is very little that you can do short of paying his support especially if there is no justifiable reason for him to have failed to do so. Your best bet is to hire counsel.

If you were let go from a governmental job, the Shakman Decree may apply and it would be improper to let you go.

Sure, why not? Not gulty means that there was a criminal issue and there was reasonable doubt. The emplyer may have very legitimate reasons for making the inquiry.

Look at the ticket. Trhere are ususally instructions for paying the fine and pleading guilty. If not, there should be a telephone number that you can call to find out what the procedures are.
