Q: i was charged with a misdemeanor DUI in 2010. i received a suspended sentence, international student that left the US

i was charged with a misdemeanor DUI in 2010. i received a suspended sentence, i was an international student and i had to leave the us. Notified my parole officer. I was granted a visa by the US. Do i have an issue with the court? warrant?

There is a possibility you may have an active warrant for a parole/probation violation due to absconding from supervision. With your youth, relative newness to the Army, and rank - you can expect a harsh Article 15 punishment.
