Q: My rights were terminated and adoption was set for the goal for my daughter.

How do I find out where she is. Can I go back to court. The adoption isn't finalized

Youll need to file a motion in the case in which your parental rights were terminate. iF the adoption isnt final, you may be able to stop it.

Q: If i was 15 in foster care and did not consent to being moved across state lines for adoption is that legal?

I had been in foster care for a year. I was very adamant about not wanting to be moved states. I was later kicked out and never even adopted.

Q: If I file a out of control warrant on my adopted child will they take my other adopted kids out of the house.

He is adopted and is really disrespectful to adults calling us stupid and telling us to shut the f up. I'm Afraid if I file a warrant on him they will take my other adopted children.

I've had problems with cps 3 different times and never been able to keep the kids but this time I made a adoption plan with my aunt and uncle. Will the baby be took from them

Q: If I have an adoption plan started before I give birth. Can cps take the baby from adoptive parents?

I've had my other 3 taken at birth due to drugs being in both our systems. My case was closed last week on the last baby. I started a adoption plan and have parents picked as well. Will Cps come to the hospital and take the baby from them?

You can file a petition for adoption in Jefferson county to adopt the child. Strongly urge you to consult a lawyer regarding same as the process is intricate.

Had 1st hearing for TPR and adoption. Bio mom said she was not served that sheriff just left paperwork. Bio dad was served in jail.

Both if bio parent’s voluntarily sign away rights or don’t sign away rights

If the patents sign away their rights, there won’t be a hearing. If they do not, the court will take testimony to determine whether the parents rights will be terminated.

You can file a custody action and do it all by agreement, most likely without any intervention from CPS.

You have to be very careful with this type of thing. You should have your lawyer broach this issue with her rather than doing it yourself.

Yes. You can adopt her. File a petition for Adoption in your county of residence naming the mother, father and child as defendants.
