Friend was arrested a year later for FTA, was given a new court date and FTA again, wanting to know if the warrant is still possibly active since statute of limitations for 2nd degree trespass is 5 years.

You’d have to check with the actual court to be sure, but once a warrant is issued, it remains outstanding until it is resolved, regardless of whether the statute of limitations has run. If the warrant was issued, it will remain outstanding until it is resolved.
And take a credit card and only spend 90 dollars how can they indict me for 2nd deg burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card
answered on Jul 16, 2022
If you were invited it’s not a burglary but it is a theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. However, those are factual questions for a jury to decide.

None for the Petitioner. The dvo is only against Respondent.

Yes. You can be a suspect until the case is concluded or until the police eliminate you as a suspect, whichever happens first.
The girls recorded the entire incident before putting a video of it on Youtube.
The police labeled it a prank. How was this legal for the girls to do with no punishment?
answered on Jul 26, 2022
They are juveniles. Juveniles play pranks. I suppose the boys parents could file charges against the girls in juvenile court, but that would be pretty involved for nothing more than a harmless prank (unless someone was actually injured).
My work in progress features a 17 year old who meets a man(25) she lies about age. They start dating. School starts and finds out he's her teacher (also her dad is principal). They cut all ties. Events happen, they end up back together. They hide the relationship. She gets pregnant shortly... View More

Most likely nothing (maybe an unlawful transaction with a minor charge) if she admits she lied about her age.

No. Each county can list special circumstances which exempt them from having to honor the bail credit at all.

Generally, no criminal charges unless you were charged at the time or if you violate the dvo.

You can make a confidential report to CPS and let them investigate. Beyond that, you probably should wait until you’re permanently out of the residence.

The EPO is civil and unless you were charged with criminal charges at the time. The epo should be all you face. However, if you violate the epo, the charges will be criminal and you could have to face them as well.
will any other charges be placed on me?!
answered on Jun 16, 2022
They certainly could, especially since the epo is civil rather than criminal. Hire a good defense attorney to handle the epo against you and determine whether you should testify.

Ask the court to appoint someone else to represent you due to the communication issues.

No. The petitioner should refrain from all contact snd report same to the authorities.
