Dogs are personal property in the eyes of the law, so this would be a theft, but the theft you would be committing would actually occur in Michigan, so this is a question that should appear in Michigan criminal law questions.
drugs. All first offences. Been arraigned. First time charges. Never been in court before. We have a child. Will she get out on 15th? What do we think judge will do? What CAN judge do? I'm hoping for court-ordered for her to seek out treatment, which she wants to do anyway. Thanks.

Most states laws would hold a host liable under those circumstances. The family of the dead person should contact a member of the Ky. Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults.

This question requires a lot more facts and most likely a lot of research, and if it is important enough to you, you will go have a full discussion with a local criminal defense attorney.

Your mom needs to get a private criminal defense attorney locally to represent her. She does not have to prove one single fact. The state must prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. From what you have written there is plenty of reasonable doubt here.

No, no, no. Theft is actionable in criminal court. She needs to get a criminal defense attorney on her side. Before she has someone post more questions on the internet which admit guilt she should seek the advice of a local criminal defense attorney.

Not enough facts here for a meaningful answer. Basically, you should do an internet search for age of consent in KY. Parents cannot possibly consent to criminal behavior. And what do you mean by "have a relationship?"

He needs to get a permit for this, a license to carry concealed weapons. This would fall under the category of "about his person". Do an internet search for carrying a concealed weapon in Kentucky.

When a crime is committed, the victim, or someone, has to report it to the police. You did not know that?

What happened? That is the very first question the cops are going to ask. You did not give enough facts. Perhaps you should tell the employer about this.
