Q: Can I be followed by a cop because he heard me hit the rumble bars?

He was on the side of the road and heard me hit the rumble bars and flipped around to follow me then pulled me over for dui.

He should retain a criminal defense attorney. The prosecutor has to meet the burden of the charge or the charge should be dismissed. If the prosecutor believes the prosecution can meet the burden with the evidence they have, then you may need to take the case to trial to let the Court decide.

Q: I was convicted of 4 dui's back in 2012 and my driver license was revoked for 15years.its been 9yrs and I need interlock

I got my life back on track and I'm a single dad with 2 kids and getting an interlock system will help me get them to school nd get me to work.please help me obtain an interlock system

Q: How strongly will my wife's recent DUI play in a custody dispute?

My wife recently got a DUI. I am wondering if I can obtain a better custody ruling based upon that alone? I have no criminal history, and she has no other criminal history aside from this.

It depends. Obviously, the DUI may affect her ability to transport the children to daycare/school/activities, which would be of consideration. While the regulations don't set a number only one party of the same sex should be present. More may not invalidate the test, but may lead to other litigation.

Q: In the 12 steps of a dre cop ... the 12th step is done by dre? What if male dre has a female cop give ua to M/suspect?

There are many more steps to a DRE than 12. Not likely to be valid test for a female cop to perform a UA on a male.

Yes, not illegal to possess alcohol, but it cannot be opened.
