If he's been charged then he needs to get an attorney asap. An attorney can have that discussion with the prosecutor and can try to resolve the matter by way of dismissal.

Were you represented by counsel? Did you have a preliminary hearing? In what court did you take the plea (circuit or general sessions)? Facts matter. You should consult an attorney asap. But in all likelihood there's probably not much that can be done since you took a plea.

No, they are now a witness in a criminal case. Moreover, the court very likely entered a "protective order," which you would be violating with any contact (including contract through a third person). You should hire a lawyer and get that person's advice. Any criminal matter is very serious.

You need to find out if there is a warrant issued against you

If there is you must turn yourself in. You need to contact a local attorney before you do

But you must move now.

The order can't be overruled. You don't specify what terms are contained in the order of protection that apply to the child. If the order of protection doesn't specifically apply to the child, then he is still allowed to seek parenting time in the divorce case. I am assuming that... View More
