I am a school bus driver and I just received orders to either pay for a sleep apnea machine (which is outside of my budget, being a father of a two year old and another child on the way) or I lose my job. What legal actions are currently being done to fight the new federal law, if any? In my... View More

The very best thing that you can do is set up an appointment with an attorney who knows all about this sort of thing, and it is not a constitutional law attorney, it is a licensing attorney. Find one on the internet or in the phone book and set up an appointment for a full discussion.

You should start learning about this by reading many cases and law review articles. It is not a subject that can get a ready answer which is complete in a few sentences on an internet forum like this. Report it as a burglary. Call the cops and report it. Hire an attorney to prosecute for trespass. There are many things that you can do, like file a complaint with the police department stating that the officer has invaded your privacy.

Hire an attorney for this. These questions, quite frankly, generally lead nowhere. You didn't even give enough facts here for an attorney to form even the slightest of opinions. It is not easy and an attorney will be hard to find, depending upon the facts.

No facts given here, or not enough information. We cannot answer hypothetical questions without knowing the facts. I do not know the answer automatically and would have to do a bit of research to answer. If a court can enter a default judgment, then the same court can set is aside.

You assume that I already know the case, and I have not read it. Your question is not a basic legal question, although you probably think that it is. One must know not only the results in a certain case, but the results in many similar cases to form an opinion.

You are allowed to pray in schools. In order to answer this question fully, one has to do a ton of research, and you would have to refine the question, that would probably be modified once the research was started. Do you want to read all about it, or do you want an attorney to do a ton of research... View More

You are asking an obscure question. The constitution came before the laws, and it is the supreme law of the land. The tail does not wag the dog.
