I pay child support & what I have left is little for She does not allow me to talk to my children. She has me blocked on phone and video chatting. What do I need to do to get my kids back.

You do not say whether you have a court order regarding timesharing. If you do then you need to return to the court that issued the timesharing order and seek enforcement.
I knew it would take a little longer because I live in Florida and the father lives in California but I didn't expect it to take 10 months to get a hearing.

You should get child support from the day that you filed with the court. Under certain circumstances the court can also look back two years.
My oldest daughter was killed 6 months ago when she was crossing the street and hit by a drunk driver. The driver only had state required Insurance which pays 10,000$ to the next of kin for wrongful death. Because I'm her mother I'm her next of kin and receiving the wrongful death... View More

My boyfriend got caught driving on an suspended license due to non payment of child support and wants to know if he can fight it?

Your DL can be suspended for non-payment of child support. If you want to fight it you need to go to the court that issued the child support order. If your address is current then you should receive notice in advance of a suspension.

First, please re-ask this, using punctuation. And no: you probably can't suspend the child support while an appeal is pending
Current agreement is here in Hillsborough County, Florida. Child has relocated with other parent to North Carolina. Child will be in high school until he is almost 19 years old. Does child support stop when he is legally 18 or when he graduates? And would the order follow Hillsborough County or... View More

You need to look at the current order. If it is from Florida it probably says 18 or high school graduation but no later than 19th birthday. Whatever is written in the order controls.
Mother left July 2013. Filed paperwork to change custody and child support in 2016. Through mediation, all custody was agreed upon but all financial was "reserved for later date". Financial portion still open to this day and has not been agreed upon or finalized. Since it is still open... View More

If I understand correctly you filed a Petition to Modify an already existing child support order in 2016. If that is the case then you generally cannot go retroactive from that 2016 Petition to Modify. You can still enforce the child support order that was in effect prior to 2016.
The case has not started yet they do not have a financial afadavit for him yet...it’s been over 4months and he has not answered the served papers
We filed for child support in April 2016 even though other parent moved out of state July 2013 because our attorney at the time said we could not ask for retro (prior to filing date). She said if we wanted child support from July 2013 then we should have filed then. Fast forward to current date and... View More

Normally on a new child support matter you can go back two years prior to filing. It is different if you are asking for a modification of an already existing order.
can I still file even though he disagrees with the child support amount even though it is the calculation provided on the forms? he is ok with all other things except child support.

answered on Aug 21, 2019
File what you agree on and ask for a hearing on the child support issue.

answered on Aug 21, 2019
That is entirely up to the hearing officer. A small payment shows good faith but it will be viewed in the context of how far behind he is and how much is owed in total.
My mom has a disability so shes not able to work therefor she receives an SSI check for her, me and each of my sisters. She always spends it on herself and never gives us a dime. Is it wrong that she is not giving me my check?

Unless you are over the age of 18 your mother can do pretty much whatever she wants.
I live in FL and he in NC. My daughter has expressed she wants to go to high school in NC so she can go to university there. He decided to be a part of her life @ age 10. Child support is the right of the child so legally you cannot waive it. I would suggest trying to reach an agreement with dad first. If he insists on child support if the move happens then you have the options of 1. not agreeing to the relocation and 2. pursuing back child support against him as I... View More
If the final judgement is silent on the issue does State Statute 61.30 apply? And if it does can I just send a demand for payment with the doctors bills or do I need to file for a modification?

answered on Aug 19, 2019
If the court order is silent then you either reach an agreement with the other parent or go back to court if you cannot agree.
birth cert etc to have my job stop sending child support as it was suppose to stop onces turn 18 or graduates and the child has done both. Its a non ivd case in Georgia and the obligation has been met per support order

Seems reasonable, but you actually should have asked this in Justia › Ask a Lawyer › Georgia › Child Support ›.

No, child support is payable to the custodial parent (your mother in this case); not the child. It might be possible if the mother assigns her rights to you or (if she's dead) if you are her personal representative.
My mother had custody of my daughter and was receiving back child support for years. Does he still have to pay and how does she go about getting the support?
In FL, they do "timesharing" and I have seen things that say what the courts consider when making those decisions. What i am wanting to know is how can I get enough timesharing that the child lives with me and I am not on child support? I want the mother to have visitation but ultimately... View More

Sorry, but unless you can find a circuit court judge in your area who is willing to give you full custody you will probably never be able to avoid paying some reasonable amount of child support to the mother of your child. FYI, judges rarely award full custody to either parent--unless there is some... View More
He is now married living in TX. His wife owns a house, she is a lawyer. Can my daughter finally receive any money, now that she is a college freshman?

answered on Aug 8, 2019
You do not mention whether the child support order is from Florida. Assuming that it is a Florida order, if you did not go back to court for enforcement prior to your daughter's emancipation it may be too late to collect. His new wife and her profession have nothing to do with you collecting... View More
