Q: Back support

My ex owes back support of $3,200 and is ordered to pay $100 monthly, we noticed when he missed a month that it jumped to $3,300 should it have stayed at the $3,200 if this money is for the back support? All his kids are of age!

Q: I am filing divorce from my husband. I can't afford an attorney. Do you know of any attorney's that do free divorces?

No domestic violence is involved, just verbal, mental abuse, and he is very controlling and I can not take it anymore.

Sounds like a train wreck. You may want to consult the local bar in your county to see if there is someone who does free or reduced fee divorces.

No. Have the court to appoint a warning order attorney or a guardian ad listen. It is a conflict of interest to use the POA in the divorce and the judge will never allow it.

The agreement is a contract and if your brother has held up his end of the bargain, he can probably enforce it. That being said, her names is on the deed. Did she sign a hit claim deed transferring her interest back to your brother pursuant to the agreement? If so, I’d say he pretty much wins.

Hire a private investigator or follow him to and from work, see where he’s staying, then call the police and show them your order. Probably should alert your attorney and file notice with the court.
