I'm tired of fighting for what is right for my son & getting smacked around by the ex-husband and the judge. Mediation was a joke. Sunday I took son's car away as punishment for being disrespectful to me. Just want to pay child support & walk away. I can't afford an attorney.

KRS 403.211 sets out the child support guidelines based on income. You can get a fairly good idea what to pay and then walk away from that poisonous situation.

You cannot have a new Judge and you do need an attorney, especially if you are having anxiety attacks. Your attorney can advocate for you I’m different ways as well as bring legitimacy to your clams. It is very frustrating as a litigant with an attorney, much more so even if you are pro se.
Our divorce is not finalized, however I wanting to relocate with my toddlers to be closer to family and a wonderful job opportunity. Do I have a good case? No family near current residence and have only lived there for a year but husband is refusing mediation to negotiate.

Probably, yes. 93 miles is a manageable distance. File your motion.
Will the judge allow me to speak without another lawyer? This is a divorce case. Divorce was finalized Feb 2018 and I asked my lawyer to file motion on ex because she failed to pay money owed. Next thing I get was a letter from lawyer stating she is requesting to be released from my case.

Your lawyer is withdrawing from your case. The judge will grant that motion. You should find a new family lawyer to file the motion for you and proceed with him.
He has since, taken the youngest child. Uses money to minipulate her, yet she’s his victim of chase. He did plead guilty. Didn’t pay support but twice the entire year. I even lost home in foreclosure

It is your decision what to ask for but you should hear your attorneys rationale for his current recommendations. Just because you can do something does not always mean you should do something. If you are not satisfied with his answers, get a second opinion.

Nothing you can do about it until a divorce is filed bc the EPO is against you, not her.
How should i proceed?

You can file a divorce here and get divorced without her being here.

Yes. You can begin drawing your share of his pension as soon as he retires and begins drawing his pension. You may be able to get a lump sum or monthly installments until you die, depending on what the pension plan allows.

If you are threatened to the extent where his actions amount to domestic violence then you can take out an emergency protective order. In the alternative you can file and make a motion to restrain him in the divorce case. You can refer to this page on my website for more information :... View More

The workers compensationn company decided they was not gonna pay for her injury and the dr will not release her to work. We have a child and I know there will be child support but do I have to pay spousal support since she can’t work because of her injury?

Depends on the length of marriage and income, before and after her injury.
The kids went to visit after the separation and he refuses to give them back or allow me to see them. We separated because he was abusive. what can I do? I haven't seen my babies in 3 weeks and he is staying on drugs and not taking care of them.

Call CPS. File the divorce. Seek temporary possession from the divorce court.
It's in the divorce papers, but I read that in ky, moving someone in like that could cancel out the alimony.

Go to your local bar association or legal aid society. If you qualify, they can help you get divorced. With no kids and no assets, shouldn’t be difficult.
