Q: My boyfriend has a green card and caught the following charges /Manufacture,Distribute,Dispense will he loose his gcard?

My boyfriend has had a green card since the age of 6 got the following charges at 19 1 count of :

2C:35-5A1*1 CDS/Manufacture,Distribute,Dispense /1 has been incarcerated for 5years will he face deportation after serving his time? And get his green card revoked?

Several factors to be considered to understand whether your child acquired citizenship by birth or whether additional steps are required. Were you and the mom married at the time of birth, is one of them. Best to contact an immigration attorney for an analysis.

The US consulate section is finishing your case and will inform you by email of its results. It appears that after completing their administrative processing portion of your case the counselor office is ready to issue a decision which you will be receiving by email.

Depending on the method of travel your children may be admitted back into the USA with just their green cards but they should have a travel document(s) or passport. I assume you are flying. I suggest you check with the airlines.

An affidavit of support is not required when you file the FORM I -751 to change your conditional status to permanent resident status. However, you will need to submit evidence of your marriage to your U.S. citizen husband.

The person has left the USA and conditional residency has expired so you are no longer obligated under the I-864. There is no need to withdraw it.

If you are a US citizen he may be able to adjust his status to that of a permanent resident. If A child gets abused by both his parents, and he informs the police, would they deport him and his parents. or would he be given to a foster family/orphanage. would they get citizenship? or get deported?
