Q: is an attorney not allowed to practice law in RI, if the out of state parent company is an unlicensed debt collector

would this situation be arguable as unauthorized practice of law ?

Q: What are the specific elements that must be proven? Can the principal be convicted by aiding and abetting?

Defendant was arrested as the principal, (the one who assaulted the victim with the weapon:shod foot). No conspiracy charge or codefendants. Can the judge issue an aiding and abetting jury instruction at trial?

Q: How can I appeal the judge's decision before the next hearing? and what would he have to do to sue the social worker?

They claim that I was negligent because according to them or the call they received, I violated a restraining order allowing the girls dad to come to the house, even giving them evidence that the judge had already removed it.
