Q: Is there any way for a victim to not be in the same courtroom as the person for which they are seeking a PPO against?

Due to the mental health of the respondent there is a significant likelihood that the person would be violent or use traumatizing language as well as appeal in hopes of spending more legitimate time with the victims.

Q: M if the “plaintiff” would insult the “defendant” before anything was charged if it would be considered anything

If the defendant is being charged with a serious crime and the victim insults the defendant would that be something to use on the victim and then if so would there be a chance to have the case dropped

Possibly. When you are the defendant, you are on trial for your actions. There are cases when the other person's actions may present a defense - and that may be the case with you, but that is something you'll need to discuss with a lawyer.

This is an "in the eye of the beholder" situation - provided that you are not using work resources. However, relationships and feelings change, and it's generally best to keep personal and work life separate.

Too many unanswered questions to give you an adequate answer. And you shouldn't give more details on a public forum like this. For now, just know that what could or will happen depends on the nature of the sexual touching.

You may have a medical malpractice case. A big issue as to when this occurred. An experienced attorney needs to evaluate your case as if it is within the time limit to sue. Even if you have no case, it can be reported to the board that licenses her.

Doubtful. Although you should be careful not to stray from the truth. The guilty plea is a matter of public record.

BUT, for your own well-being: what do you gain by posting on Facebook? Justice has been presumptuously served in court. The court of public opinion can be far less forgiving....

A little bit more detail is needed. If the transfer can be seen as a demotion-- maybe because it is in a worse location, has worse hours or constitutes a pay cut-- you may have a case that your employer retaliated against you for coming forward about the sexual harassment. If you believe a crime occurred, you should contact your local police department and file a complaint. The police - particularly state police and federal law enforcement - have the necessary resources to investigate this. A lot will depend on how old the girls were and what was said in these... Q: Hi is it illegal for a 17 year old, 18 year old, and a 21 year old to be sending inappropriate pictures to a 14 year old

The inappropriate images are not pictures of themselves but pornographic images of others, they send it in the groupchat and the girl who is 14 years old sees all of it but she also engages in the activity and sends in pictures as well.

If the images are of adults, then possibly it's a case of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Not sure if police or prosecutors will do much if it is an otherwise innocuous group chat that the 14 year old is voluntarily participating in. Obviously if the 14 year old were sending images...
