Apparently you have the LEOs, DAs and possibly the Judge, already against you. You need to hire an attorney to represent you. Most importantly, you need to keep quiet and do as your counsel advises.
This is a public forum and may hurt further. Motions To Suppress Evidence are serious... View More

You need a competent attorney to represent you in all of those Cases and Counties. It is the State's Case's, not the victims', and your lawyer must make Motions and Cross Examine witnesses. It appears that you are about to be incarcerated without a finding of guilt, so get an... View More

I am not aware of any disability from running a TN non-profit entity. If you already formed it, then apparently the TN Secretary of State has no problem. Since it is from another State, noone here may know about it at this time, and who would want to remove you anyway? You might look into... View More

You likely need a lawyer for this. If you have fulfilled the requirements of the law at the time of your conviction you may be able to get your license again. If you were required to have an interlock device on your car and did not, you might have to do that and get a restricted license while its... View More

You should read the original judgement to see what the actual terms of your sentence were. It would be wise to hire a lawyer to help you with this - you might overlook something doing this on your own. There might be some mitigating evidence that would be helpful to you. Impossible to say from the... View More

On its face, nothing illegal there. An argument of tampering with evidence could be made on cross examination of whatever witness is putting it in. Evidence is evidence, and is gathered by the DA from various sources. If there was an illegal search then it might be excluded.

Maybe...Was a Forfeiture Warrant issued? If so, you must go through DOS which does not need a conviction to forfeit property. If no FW, then your lawyer may want to move the Court to return former evidence to you. Ask your lawyer or hire a competent one.

I agree with attorney Avery. Part of hiring an attorney would be for the attorney to get the client's outstanding bench warrant resolved so that the holds on the defendant are lifted-----whether this means getting the defendant transferred to that court to answer the bench warrant or perhaps... In 2009 I was convicted of Felony evading, Leaving the scene of an accident, and Reckless endangerment in Tennessee and was given 9 years of probation. Can I have my right to own a firearm restored? Thank you.

I doubt it. But take your Judgments to a an attorney to research the various Expungement Statutes. There are legal weapons for you to possess, but not firearms and ammo.

Very often they take them as evidence of crimes, so yes. If you are not charged with a crime, then you can ask for them back or sue the LEO for conversion.
How is this possible and how do I fight this?

You can hire an attorney to look into it. But usually you cannot find out anything until the AW (or Indictment) is executed on the body, as in an arrest. Sometimes a turnin at Court off the Docket is made with an immediate request for a low Bond being made. If you are not in TN, that is... View More

That was probably at General Sessions Court initially. LEO swearing out AWs can easily ask Judge to amend it or issue more AWs. It becomes a more formal process when Grand Jury Indictments are returned. Any defenses need to be brought up at the Preliminary Hearing on the Warrants.

How do you know an Arrest Warrant has been issued? It may take awhile for LEOs to execute it. Try to stay out of trouble, especially traffic stops. Do not talk about it. Might be time for a new phone number. Have money available for bail and pick out a lawyer to represent you for... View More
