I am not aware of any disability from running a TN non-profit entity. If you already formed it, then apparently the TN Secretary of State has no problem. On its face, nothing illegal there. An argument of tampering with evidence could be made on cross examination of whatever witness is putting it in. Evidence is evidence, and is gathered by the DA from various sources. If there was an illegal search then it might be excluded.

Maybe...Was a Forfeiture Warrant issued? If so, you must go through DOS which does not need a conviction to forfeit property. If no FW, then your lawyer may want to move the Court to return former evidence to you. Ask your lawyer or hire a competent one.

I doubt it. But take your Judgments to a an attorney to research the various Expungement Statutes. There are legal weapons for you to possess, but not firearms and ammo.

Go ask the Court Clerk at the Court where you were convicted. There will be a Warrant or Judgment containing the Restitution amounts.

Very often they take them as evidence of crimes, so yes. If you are not charged with a crime, then you can ask for them back or sue the LEO for conversion.

Yes, it is possible it could be declared a nuisance. Also if there was a meth lab, there are several other civil problems with the title.

That was probably at General Sessions Court initially. LEO swearing out AWs can easily ask Judge to amend it or issue more AWs. It becomes a more formal process when Grand Jury Indictments are returned. Any defenses need to be brought up at the Preliminary Hearing on the Warrants.
