LEO's claim to know how to judge speed from Pacing. You can question the evidence at Court, but you will probably benefit from working out a Dismissal with costs, etc. with the DA or Judge.

You should always appear if you have a court date or risk other consequences. You don't tender a plea before hand.

You may have three 11 mo/29 sentences or three 30 day sentences. Without looking at the dispositions on each Warrant, it is impossible to tell. You need an attorney to go to Court with you now. It appears you have already been convicted, that is apparently Diversion was not ordered.
There’s no fine amount written on the ticket. It’s completely blank and I have the option to pay by mail as well. Is this normal, or did the officer make a mistake? Would a judge see 88mph in a 55mph as reckless driving, class b misdemeanor, or just as speeding, class C misdemeanor? Thank you

If you pay it, then that is a conviction and points will be added to your MVR. You might want to hire an attorney or at least go to Court. Going to Court is a chance at some type of Diversion or Dismissal. The possible expense is worth the shot. A conviction will add points to your last year's MVR, and you are only allowed 11.

Speeding on a major highway along with multiple cars, state trooper sees us. I slow down and the state trooper gets to the lane next to me and just matches my speed and doesn’t end up pulling anyone over. Could they still mail me a citation even though they didn’t pull me over?

Yes the Citation is a Summons to Court. You might question the identification of the speeding car in Court.

Hire a competent attorney to turn you in to the Court when you are not on the Docket. The Judge may arrest you, set Bond, or you might dispose of it all at once. You will need cash that day. Once it is paid in full, take that Receipt back to IN DMV, etc.
To accept and decline orders within the time they give you, you must unlock your phone then accept and put it into your maps, or to decline you must decline then give reasoning why you’re declining. Almost impossible to not tap or swipe just once. Could you get out of this violation on those terms?

I do not recommend just paying it, which is a conviction. Go to Court in a respectful manner with enough cash to pay whatever the Judge orders. Some type of Diversion might occur, and it cannot get worse.

They can ask you or any of the traffic schools. But usually you will get away with going to school again and submitting the Certificate. Sometime the school will not allow you to attend.

TN LEOs have a year to initiate a misdemeanor prosecution. You should continue to call the Sessions or City Court that you think is involved. But if you were not arrested, the Court Date should appear on the Citation.
Went to court and the judge was late so the attorney assisting is the one who made the call to move my date to a new court room due to feeling like I should have received a reckless driving charge. Can they add that?

You need an attorney to represent you so that things like what you described do not continue to happen. An accusation of exceeding the speeding limit by over 60 mph is not going to get you any sympathy but if you have an attorney he should be able to keep your from getting railroaded.
