My insurance is paying for a rental. My question is should I contact a lawyer? Me an my kids lost everything. We lived in this house for almost 15yrs. Some items where not replaceable. The dryer was not even on no clothes in it an had not been on in over 8-10 hours

You could talk to a lawyer about the possibility of suing the landlord for faulty wiring. If the dryer was the landlord's, the chance of the landlord being liable for a defective dryer seems slight, but of course ask about this too..

If you were injured by a product and received treatment from a hospital due to the product, then the hospital is entitled to place a lien on the case to recover the costs associated with your treatment. There are more details involved in which it would be wise to contact an attorney about.
